Got questions?
What is a Snuggleit colouring blanket?
A cosy blanket printed with bold line art that you colour in yourself with fabric markers. It starts as an outline and ends up completely one of a kind.
Are markers included?
No – fabric markers are sold separately. You can add a pack (permanent, in a 12 or 24 pack) to any blanket offer above, so you can start colouring the day it arrives.
Is Snuggleit suitable for adults?
Absolutely. It's a relaxing, screen-free hobby for date nights, me-time and evenings in front of the TV.
Can children use it?
Yes. Kids love it too – our markers are permanent, so we suggest a grown-up nearby for little ones and an old shirt over their clothes.
Are the colours permanent?
Yes. Our fabric markers are permanent, giving rich, long-lasting colour for a blanket you'll keep. Let the colours dry fully before using or washing your blanket.
Can I wash my finished blanket?
Yes. Let your colours dry fully first, then machine wash gently below 45 °C (cold is best) and dry in the shade.
How big are the blankets?
Each blanket measures 150 × 130 cm – big enough to snuggle under on the couch.
What are the blankets made of?
Our black designs (Happy Doodles and Mushroom Magic) are soft 100% polyester flannel. Our white designs (Furry Friends, Mandala Dreams and Festive Feeling) are 100% polyamide fabric. Once your colours have dried, machine wash below 45 °C.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 6–10 business days, depending on your location. You'll get an Aramex tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How much is delivery?
A flat R90 anywhere in South Africa, or free on orders of R1,500 or more. Some outlying areas outside Aramex's standard zones carry an extra out-of-area fee from Aramex, payable by the customer – we'll let you know if this applies to you.
Can I return my blanket?
Please see our refund policy for returns and exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email snuggleitsupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
Can I choose different designs in a bundle?
Yes. Choose 2 or 3 blankets above, then tap a design for each one – mix them or repeat a favourite. The bundle saving is applied automatically at checkout.
Is Snuggleit a South African brand?
Yes. We're a South African brand – prices are in Rand, we deliver nationwide with Aramex, and our local team is here to help.
