Where we deliver
We deliver to any address in South Africa with Aramex, and you'll get a tracking link once your order ships.
What it costs
Delivery is a flat R90 per order, or free on orders of R1,500 or more. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 2–6 business days. Delivery can take a little longer over weekends and public holidays, at month-end, during busy periods like Black Friday and December, and to remote areas.
Outlying areas
Some addresses fall outside Aramex's standard delivery zones. Aramex charges an additional out-of-area fee for these areas. This fee isn't included in our delivery price and is payable by the customer. We'll let you know if this applies to your address.
Damaged or incorrect order?
Email us at snuggleitsupport@gmail.com with your order number, a short description and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll sort it out.
