These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, https://snuggleit.co.za, and the purchase of products from Snuggleit.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to your rights under applicable South African law.

Products

Snuggleit specialises in creative colouring blankets, fabric markers and related accessories.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and pricing accurately represent the products available for purchase.

However, minor variations in colour, packaging, fabric texture or appearance may occur due to manufacturing differences, lighting and individual screen settings.

Products must nevertheless correspond materially with their advertised descriptions and meet applicable consumer protection requirements.

We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue products without prior notice, subject to fulfilling existing accepted orders and applicable legal obligations.

Blanket Designs

Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred blanket designs before completing checkout.

The selected designs will be reflected in the order confirmation.

Where a customer receives a design different from the one ordered, Snuggleit will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.

Fabric Markers

Snuggleit offers different fabric marker options, including washable and permanent markers.

Customers should carefully review the selected marker type before purchasing.

Product performance, colouring results and washing requirements may differ depending on the specific marker formulation and blanket material.

Customers must follow the supplied product instructions.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Product prices, bundle offers and promotional discounts may change without prior notice.

The price displayed and confirmed at checkout will ordinarily apply to the relevant accepted order, subject to the provisions regarding genuine pricing errors and applicable consumer law.

Promotional Offers & Bundles

Snuggleit may offer promotional pricing, bundle discounts and complimentary accessories.

Promotional offers are subject to their advertised conditions.

Where markers are advertised as included free of charge, the applicable marker set will be supplied according to the specific product or bundle offer.

Customers should review the advertised bundle contents before completing their purchase.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions prospectively.

Changes to promotions will not retrospectively affect accepted orders, except where permitted by applicable law.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted when Snuggleit confirms its acceptance through the applicable order process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • Payment cannot be verified.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected.
  • A genuine pricing or technical error has occurred.
  • A product is unavailable.
  • The selected product cannot reasonably be supplied.
  • Acceptance or fulfilment would violate applicable law.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, Snuggleit will provide a full refund in accordance with applicable law.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for checking their order information before completing checkout, including:

  • Blanket designs.
  • Marker options.
  • Bundle quantities.
  • Delivery address.
  • Contact details.

If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will attempt to assist where reasonably possible, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfilment.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation or return rights.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through our approved third-party payment providers.

Snuggleit does not store customers' complete payment card details.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Orders will ordinarily be processed once payment has been successfully authorised or received.

If payment is unsuccessful, the order may remain incomplete until payment is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

Snuggleit delivers products throughout supported areas of South Africa using third-party courier services.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.

Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, delivery is estimated to take approximately 6–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier operations.

These timeframes are estimates rather than unconditional guarantees.

However, Snuggleit remains responsible for meeting its delivery obligations under applicable South African law.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Free standard delivery is available on qualifying orders of R1,500 or more, unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion.

Orders below R1,500 may be subject to a delivery fee.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to fulfil orders within the advertised timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions.
  • Public holidays.
  • Severe weather conditions.
  • Incorrect delivery information.
  • Unexpected operational circumstances.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms removes any cancellation, refund or delivery rights customers may have under applicable South African consumer legislation.

Returns, Refunds & Limited Warranty

Returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty claims are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Limited Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Snuggleit does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns beyond those expressly provided by us or required under applicable South African law.

Where a statutory cooling-off right applies, customers may exercise that right in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

For eligible change-of-mind cancellations under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.

Where products are defective, incorrect or otherwise subject to a statutory supplier-paid return, Snuggleit will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs as required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights granted under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable legislation.

Product Use & Care

Snuggleit products are intended for creative colouring, personal enjoyment and ordinary household use.

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with the supplied instructions.

Colouring Blankets

To help preserve product quality, customers should:

  • Follow the supplied colouring instructions.
  • Use suitable fabric markers.
  • Allow ink to dry or cure according to the marker manufacturer's instructions.
  • Follow the recommended washing and drying procedures.
  • Avoid excessive heat or harsh cleaning methods where prohibited by the care instructions.

Fabric Markers

Customers should ensure that they understand whether their selected marker set is washable or permanent.

Permanent fabric markers may leave lasting marks on clothing, furniture and other surfaces.

Customers should protect surrounding surfaces while colouring.

Washable marker performance depends on the specific formulation and supplied instructions.

Snuggleit is not responsible for damage directly caused by improper product use, accidental spills or failure to follow instructions, except where applicable South African law provides otherwise.

Children

Adult supervision is recommended when children use colouring blankets and fabric markers.

Customers should follow any age recommendations and safety instructions supplied with the products.

Colouring Results

The final appearance of a completed Snuggleit blanket will vary depending on individual colour choices, colouring techniques and personal preferences.

Product photographs may show examples of completed designs.

These examples demonstrate possible outcomes and do not guarantee that every customer's finished blanket will look identical.

However, products must perform in accordance with their advertised descriptions and applicable consumer protection requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable South African law, Snuggleit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use of our website or products where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights and remedies under South African consumer protection legislation.

Snuggleit remains responsible for its legal obligations relating to the quality, safety, description and supply of its products.

Intellectual Property

All original website content owned by Snuggleit, including our branding, logos, photographs, graphics, text, original illustrations and website designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without the permission of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
